"Audrey"

This is a painting done by "Davo S" an artist who is now based out of Maui. This is his self acclaimed "Neo-Pop" style in which he develops his paintings using only Maui sunlight. Davo specializes in pop culture and celebrity inspired pieces. He has been mentored and worked with the likes of Andy Warhol and Brett Wilson. This is a serigraphy or screen printing of Audrey Hepburn which I had the delight of commissioning from him this past summer. It was amazing getting to see one of my favorite icon's come to life and actually be able to speak with the artist about how he does his work.
