Jordan 45

This painting was selected as a winner of the 1997 Beckett Sports Art Gallery National Contest.  Originally published in Beckett's 1995 Great Sports Heroes Michael Jordan" book. I like this painting because the picture of Jordan is very accurate and i like the way the background was done. The shading and the colors all tie into each other very well. Supposedly this painting sold for $2,500, little crazy but I still think this is a cool painting.
